To Clever Cake or Not to Clever Cake... That is the question...

So today I started my new blog... thelittlecakery... It's a company I've recently started to get going. However, I'm a little torn. All of my cakes are eggless - I just don't know if there's enough demand out there for and eggless facing brand in cake couture... what do you think? Would be great to hear from you.
